Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our insurance professionals, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, Database Software, and Accounting Software.
- Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business principles and practices, including financial statements, contracts, and invoices.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our insurance professionals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
