Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1000571201 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu development and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
