Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Gino's Pizza 12. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
