Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada/A&W Fast Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fast food outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
