Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

PK Paradise Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare food order summaries and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent position with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
