About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on business systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on SAP implementations and enterprise-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in Workforce Software, AspireHR, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Org Plus, CARM, or similar automated Payroll Information Systems is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong collaboration skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a policing/paramilitary organization, particularly in enterprise-level project planning.
  • Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI.
What We Offer
  • 12-month contract with possibility of extension.
