Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities

  • Schedule and Manage Appointments
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management.

  • Manage Office Operations
    • Oversee the management of office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
    • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized, including the filing system and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide Administrative Support

    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence as needed.
  • Develop and Implement Administrative Systems
    • Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external parties, both verbally and in writing.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
