Salary

We offer an estimated salary of $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved in this role.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Kitchen Support: Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as preparing and serving simple food items.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and snacks.
  • Serving: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking care to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Service Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic math skills.
