We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KANDA RESTHAVEN CONVENIENCE STORE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
- Supervision: Supervise 1-2 office support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
- Work Term: Permanent
