- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts as necessary.
- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages promptly.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain important data and statistics.
- Report Preparation: Supervise the preparation of various reports.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and reservations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and customers.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Health and Safety Evaluation: Assess work environments to ensure safety and compliance.

- Daily Operations: Plan and evaluate daily office operations.
- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program (1-2 years).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Supervision: Experience supervising a small team (3-4 people).
- Work Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
