Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to deliver against material cost take-out, cash flow, quality, and delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Supply Chain Strategies
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to deliver against material cost take-out, cash flow, quality, and delivery goals.
Work Cross-Functionally to Achieve Business ObjectivesThe successful candidate will work effectively with business leaders, bid/proposal estimators, project managers, buyers, and site materials personnel to achieve business objectives.
Manage the Supply Chain to Ensure World-Class DeliveryThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure world-class delivery for project sites.
Identify and Mitigate RisksThe successful candidate will identify high-risk suppliers and implement actions to mitigate risks.
Manage Sourcing ActivitiesThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating agreements, quoting, establishing terms and conditions, and site support for large project execution.
Work with Suppliers to Resolve IssuesThe successful candidate will work effectively with suppliers to resolve major supply issues at all sites.
Introduce Supplier InnovationThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for introducing supplier innovation to improve Brand Industrial Services' costs and project execution.
Serve as a Liaison between Supply Chain and Other Business FunctionsThe successful candidate will serve as a liaison between supply chain and other business functions to ensure effective support for programs and projects.
Drive Consensus Decision MakingThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving consensus decision making in a matrix environment.
Analyze Key Spend DataThe successful candidate will analyze key spend data to identify trends, investigate, and identify alternative sourcing options.
Consolidate the Supply BaseThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for consolidating the supply base to maximize economies of scale and allow for more seamless integration of remaining suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or Technical Related Degree
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sourcing, supply chain management, or a technical related field.
3 Years' Work Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Heavy Industrial Service Functions, or EquivalentThe successful candidate will have 3 years' work experience in sourcing, procurement, heavy industrial service functions, or equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Tools for Data Analysis and CommunicationThe successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft tools for data analysis and communication.
Strong Analytical SkillsThe successful candidate will have strong analytical skills.
Proven Ability to Aggregate, Prioritize, and Leverage Across Multiple Sites and RegionsThe successful candidate will have proven ability to aggregate, prioritize, and leverage across multiple sites and regions.
Ability to Work Effectively with All Levels of Management, in All Functional AreasThe successful candidate will be able to work effectively with all levels of management, in all functional areas.
