About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care across acute, medical-surgical, and rehab units.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, using evidence-based practice and best available research
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensure as a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum one year of experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrated expertise in treating acute, surgical, and rehab patients
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
