About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in all areas of the branch and community to uncover banking needs and provide expert advice
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital banking technology to deliver memorable client experiences and drive sales
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to capitalize on business opportunities and referrals
- Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems
Requirements
- Possess a demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Display excellent problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Show flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Hold digital literacy across a broad range of devices
- Be able to work all business hours
