The integrity and resourcefulness of our people are the foundation of that commitment. As a Summer Student, you will play a vital role in supporting the Elevator, assisting in a variety of Operational and Administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with corporate EH&S policies and best practices.
  • Ensure physical facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Follow and promote G3's core values of Integrity, Resourcefulness, Collaboration, Respect, and Accountability.
  • Assist with receiving grain by truck, including weighing and documentation.
  • Assist with the storing of grain.
  • Shipping grain, including handling rail cars and locomotives.
  • Provide friendly/quality customer service to all farmers and commercial truckers.
  • Promote effective communications and collaborative working relationships between management, staff, and G3 head office.
  • Other duties as required.
Professional Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn, and willingness to take on responsibilities of the position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Farming/Ag background considered an asset.
