**SUMMARY**:

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pharmacy and Customer Service
- Providing patient care services under supervision
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including, customer confidentiality and consent management
- Be clearly identifiable to the public
