Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate virtual models from plans, specifications, and elevations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create construction site logistics models.
  • Coordinate trade partner model updates and report to the project management team.
  • Support the project team in creating and processing RFIs.
  • Promote the adoption of virtual construction tools and processes among project staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a buildings-industry related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), civil, architectural).
  • Relevant experience in a construction environment, preferably with drafting and modeling skills.
  • Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling software and VDC software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
