The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research, as well as interacting with families in a supportive manner. As a Client Support Advocate, you will work closely with families to understand their needs and provide guidance and support where necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as participating in ongoing training and professional development.
