We are looking for a Client Support Advocate to join our team at FamilySmart. This is a permanent position that offers 14 hours of work per week.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research, as well as interacting with families in a supportive manner. To be considered for this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and possess a high level of judgement and flexibility.
As a Client Support Advocate, you will work closely with families to understand their needs and provide guidance and support where necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as participating in ongoing training and professional development.
