Role Overview:
This role is part of our Client Service team, providing dedicated support to Investment Advisors (IA). The primary focus is on being the primary client contact for non-advice activities, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing transactions and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed reports for analysis of client accounts.
- Manage leads, ensure correct referral coding on TD Leads, and prioritize tasks to meet SLA requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements, adhering to PIA's policies and procedures.
- Provide high-quality client service, responding to client requests via various channels.
- Familiarity with the Sales and Client Engagement model/client segmentation and support four Wealth pillars.
Breadth & Depth:
This first-level service professional requires in-depth knowledge of direct products/services. Interacts with customers to provide guidance on a wide range of products/services, possessing basic understanding of the business developed through education, training, or experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $38,300 - $51,700 CAD per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes mental, physical, and financial wellness programs.
Education and Experience:
An undergraduate degree or community college diploma is preferred. Reports directly to the Manager of Client Service.
