Job Summary

Binners is seeking a skilled Demolition Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling demolition activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule demolition activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Productivity Improvement: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality by analyzing work processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for demolition projects, taking into account factors such as labor costs, equipment usage, and material expenses.
  • Technical Expertise: Operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and plan demolition projects, and provide technical advice on site.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
