We are seeking an experienced Demolition Operations Supervisor to join our team at Binners. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Demolition Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of demolition projects. This includes estimating costs and materials, coordinating activities with other project supervisors or managers, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and training or arranging for training of staff members.

This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise while making a significant contribution to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for demolition projects
  • Coordinate activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training of staff members on new procedures and technologies
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
