Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with guests of all ages? Do you have a knack for creating an engaging and interactive store environment?

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at The LEGO Group. As a Brick Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing inspirational retail experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
  • Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and knowing and abiding by all safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
