About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Fjallraven in Calgary. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, ensuring a clean and organized sales floor
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
