Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Location: Oakville, Milton & Campbellville

Job Type: Full-Time

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a PSW, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist with respite services and support clients with their daily routines
  • Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain respectful relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Personal Support Worker or equivalent certificate from a recognized institution
  • Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education
  • Internationally trained healthcare professionals welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
