Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Location: Oakville, Milton & Campbellville

Job Type: Full Time

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is a leading provider of home-based and community-setting services. We are seeking a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and respite services to clients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Work independently in the community, with support from our team and Client Services Supervisor
  • Develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needs
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate from a recognized institution
  • Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education
  • Internationally trained Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Midwife or Physician, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Social Worker, Dietician
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver's license
  • Eligible to work in Canada
