About the Role

Fiera Capital Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design concepts for various marketing materials, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual communications are innovative and effective.
  • Provide design guidance and support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and communications.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality design services.
  • Contribute to the development of our design strategy and vision, aligning with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a corporate or agency setting, with a strong understanding of brand identity and visual communications.
