We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design team at Mattel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative visual communication strategies to promote and sell our products on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design creative visual elements for marketing materials, including product packaging, e-commerce platforms, website elements, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and development, to understand project needs and objectives.
  • Brief and oversee external agencies for the production of certain assets.
  • Manage deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of excellence in the quality of work.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and developments in the field of graphic design.
Requirements
  • DEC in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD), Microsoft Office.
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to transform guidelines into compelling visual elements.
  • Interest in marketing, graphic design, toys, and video games, and understanding of emerging trends.
  • Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Team spirit, high energy, excellent work ethic, and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to develop, learn, and grow.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving oneself.
