Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce creative visual designs for various marketing media, including product packaging, e-commerce platforms, website elements, and social networks.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to understand project needs and objectives.
  • Brief and oversee external agencies for the production of certain assets.

Requirements:

  • DEC in graphic design or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, Adobe XD), Microsoft Office.
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to transform guidelines into compelling visual elements.
  • Strong interest in marketing, graphic design, toys, and video games, and understanding of emerging trends.
  • Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Team spirit, high energy, excellent work ethic, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to develop, learn, and grow.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
