Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain a high level of sales performance, achieving sales targets and goals.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pet-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
