About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Quectel Wireless Solutions North America Corp. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our telecommunications equipment and services to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve product and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-focused, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player.
