About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at London Drugs. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of computer and electronics products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest computer and electronics trends and products, and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Sales and Merchandising: Work independently to advise clients on specific products and services, and maintain the professional sales image of the department.
  4. Inventory Management: Perform inventory counts, merchandise, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  1. Technical Knowledge: Proven skills and knowledge of computer and electronics products, including hardware and software.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work a minimum of 12-16 hours per week.
