SARDAR JI cottrelle Blvd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare and submit reports, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
