Restaurant Team Lead

Kesar Sweets and Restaurant Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Recruit and hire food service staff, ensuring that all new hires meet our high standards
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
