Job Title: Restaurant Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
