We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at ENDEAR NAILS SPA MASSAGE. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets clients and directs them to the appropriate service area
  • Provides information to clients and the public
  • Processes client information and maintains accurate records
  • Operates the switchboard and telephone system
  • Schedules appointments and confirms client bookings
  • Handles client payments and maintains accurate financial records
  • Provides administrative support to the team
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
