At ENDEAR NAILS SPA MASSAGE, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets clients and directs them to the appropriate service area
  • Provides information and assistance to clients and the public
  • Processes client information and maintains accurate records
  • Operates the switchboard and telephone system
  • Schedules and confirms appointments
  • Maintains work records and logs
  • Receives and issues payments
  • Answers telephone calls and relays messages

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
