Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance and profitability
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
