Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the maintenance of inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
