Job Summary:

This position is for a skilled healthcare professional who will provide support to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Help patients with medication management and administration.
  4. Monitor patients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

$20.262, $20.860, $21.525, $22.163, $22.814, $23.492

Work Schedule:

Days - MON,TUES, WED, FRI (6.75); THU (7.0)

Annual Base Hours: 2080
