Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at GP LIQUOR HOME. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing price and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the financial health of the company.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficiency, hardworking, time management, organized, and team player skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
