Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at GP LIQUOR HOME. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
  • Implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and minimize losses.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
