Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including product selection and pricing
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
