Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at GP LIQUOR HOME. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including payroll administration and budget planning.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
