Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team at Living Spaces. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline the supply chain
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve operational concerns and improve communication
  • Process operational data in software systems and applications to identify missing or potential operational or service concerns
  • Develop and execute daily reporting to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain department
  • Research and evaluate every aspect of an operation, including order processing, billing, invoicing, shipment tracking, purchasing, and distribution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or business analyst role. You should also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, and proficiency in ERP Platforms. Tableau/Alteryx experience is required.
