About the Role:- Develop and implement clinical practices and processes to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, IT services, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
- Provide oversight and guidance to clinical staff on best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and coordination.
