Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

B.C. LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and food processing.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
