Strategic Marketing Lead for Residential Development

As a Strategic Marketing Lead at Trulife Developments Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, within your assigned project portfolio.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $61,000 per year, located in Markham, ON. You will work 35 hours per week and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective marketing strategies that drive sales and meet client goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, blog posts, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and more;
  • Collaborating with external partners, including agencies, graphic designers, copywriters, 3D renderers, media, photographers, influencers, etc.;
  • Analyzing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identifying trends, and optimizing marketing initiatives for maximum impact;
  • Developing communications strategies to effectively reach target audiences;
  • Planning events and marketing for presentation centre launches, media, realtor, and public events;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a college diploma in marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline;
  • At least two years of experience in content creation and marketing project management;
  • Experience with initiating and managing marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms, including traditional media and digital media;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms favored by Asian homebuyers, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu;
  • Creative skills with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, video editing software, e-newsletter platforms, and MS Office;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
