Product Design Director

Highspot is seeking an experienced Product Design Director to lead our product design team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product design vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product design strategy that aligns with Highspot's overall business goals
- Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure seamless product delivery
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product design decisions
- Design and build functional prototypes to test and validate product ideas
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and quality across all products
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in leading design teams
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and design systems
- Experience working with agile development teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing product design expertise
- Fluency in design tools such as Figma and industry-standard design software
