Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN to continue to develop and enhance their first-line supervisory skill-set. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating Home Support Services by supervising LPNs, Community Health Workers, and other unregulated members of the team. You will oversee the implementation of client care plans, provide training and evaluation of care provided by staff, and advocate for changes that improve client care.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to perform assessments, make nursing diagnoses, and implement personal and nursing care for clients in a community health setting
This position requires a strong background in nursing, with recent supervisory experience. You must be confident and experienced in providing direction and assignments to staff, organizing workflow, and ensuring safe and individualized client-centered care is always delivered.
What We OfferInterior Health offers a competitive hourly wage of $34.20 to $42.79, effective April 1, 2024. This is a casual position, which means there are no guaranteed hours, but you will have the opportunity to apply for internal postings, including permanent part-time or full-time positions.
