Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Interior Health Authority, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing assessments, planning and implementing care plans, and providing personal and nursing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer medications as per pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide personal and nursing care to patients, including wound care and vital sign monitoring
