Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with recent supervisory experience to join our team as a Team Leader in Penticton, B.C.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your first-line supervisory skills, working with a dynamic team to provide direction and assignments to staff, organize workflow, and ensure safe and individualized client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Home Support Services by supervising LPNs, Community Health Workers, and other unregulated team members
Oversee the implementation of client care plans, provide training and evaluation of care provided by staff, and advocate for changes that improve client care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to perform assessments, make nursing diagnoses, implement and provide personal and nursing care for clients in a community health setting
Provide nursing care within the LPN Standards of Practice as outlined by British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and within employer policies, procedures, limits, and conditions
